For managing the warehouse, Honold has got an own SAP ERP 6.0 available. But it is also possible, to use the warehouse management system of the customer.

Honold has got a experienced Development-, Traning- and Support-Team. This team develops, also together with the customer, the IT supported work flow at the warehouse as well as the strategies how to manage the warehouse. It is a principle of this team, that the IT must orientate itself at the operation at the warehouse, not reversed. At the end of the project, the users will be trained by that team and will also be supported by them as the operation goes live.

Honold offers its own SAP-User-Help-Desk, which is doing a world wide support in case of questions, problems and development need.
