The Honold Logistik Gruppe with a company history lived for more than 130 years develops, purchases, leases, manages and finances logistics property at first-class locations in Europe. We stand out due to the reliable and cooperative way in which we fulfil the specific requirements of our customers precisely and promptly. The advantage is that we are not a financial investor but rather develop the property products ourselves and are thus able to apply our own expert knowledge.

Again and again, innovative solutions have succeeded in creating sustainable added value regarding economic and ecological aspects.

After planning, development and construction, the logistics properties are usually not utilized via asset management strategies but rather handed over to the logistician or customer in a cost-effective manner. Here, we work together with selected and reliable partners of the financial sector - partners who also have more than 130 years' experience in their field. We see logistics property as an expression of the Honold Philosophy, and we are convinced that we have to create sustainable property which will still be considered to be good by the next generation.
